OLEG SHEVCHUK, Managing Partner of the Law Firm Proxen & Partners, graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv in 1994, holds degree (summa cum laude) of Specialist of International Law. In 1999-2002, he worked in the International Law Chair of the Institute of International Relations and was specializing in international public law, law of the sea and history of international law. Mr. Shevchuk was admitted to the advocate activity in 1995 and has over 20 years of legal practice. Mr. Shevchuk was member of legal team, that represented Ukraine in the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes and was honoured by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for his valuable personal contribution to protecting rights and interests of the State. OLEG KANIKOVSKYI, in 1998, graduated from Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv, holds degree of Specialist of Law. He was admitted to the advocate activity in 1998. Mr. Kanikovskyi has over 20 years of legal practice, specializes in corporate law, employment law, mergers and acquisitions, represents clients in commercial disputes and disputes with regulatory authorities. ZAKHAR TROPIN, Candidate of Science in International Law, Associate Professor, has over 10 years of legal practice and specializes in investments, international law, settlement of disputes and corporate law. Dr. Tropin holds position of Associate Professor in the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is the author of more than 40 scientific and scientific & educational publications in the spheres of investment law and settlement of international disputes, e.g. book on settlement of disputes under the Energy Charter Treaty (Zakhar V. Tropin, Means of International Dispute Settlement Under the Energy Charter Treaty: Contemporary State and Problems of Implementation. – Kyiv, "Phoenix", 2012. – 212 P. – (Library of International Law Chair)). Zakhar Tropin received degree (magna cum laude) of Master of International Law from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2006 with specialization in international private law. He also holds degree (summa cum laude) of Specialist of Law from the Chernihiv State Institute of Economics and Management with specialization in business law of Ukraine.
